Information Disclosure

An employee of Northern Plains Natural Gas Company, LLC acting on behalf of Viking Gas Transmission Company (VGT) inadvertently disclosed the following information to an Energy Affiliate employee on February 27, 2006:

· A VGT employee requested a 24 hour notice before gas is flowed at the St. Vincent interconnect, due to inactivity of the point and the point should be considered to be an emergency only exchange point.

· Due to the size of the St. Vincent meter the flow should be restricted to a minimum of 80,000 mcf/d rate.

· VGT technicians are coordinating with Great Lake technician to update equipment at the St. Vincent interconnect.

· The St. Vincent interconnect is available to flow gas. Volumes will be available from Great Lakes Pipeline.
